Whatβs the extended holiday return policy?
All products purchased between 11/15/2022 to 12/25/2022 will receive a 90-day return window.
Should I expect my shipment to be delayed?Β
We use multiple delivery partners (including FedEx and UPS) to deliver our products. We have been working with our carriers closely to plan for the expected surge in shipping volume this holiday season, but delays can still occur. While we do our best to provide an accurate estimated delivery date to you, high shipping volume may result in delays to those estimates. Most packages will deliver within 1 to 2 days of the estimated delivery date.
What are the shipping options for my order?Β
Shipping options may vary by item:
Standard Shipping:Β Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 3β7 business days after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.
Please note: We strive to get items to you as fast as possible, but more important to us is to be transparent with how fast our delivery can be given the record volumes both we and our carriers are processing.
Business days donβt typically include weekends; however, Saturday and Sunday deliveries may occur in select ZIP codes.
While most items ship within 24 hours, some shipping options and shipping locations may require additional processing time. This processing time is factored into the estimated delivery date provided.
Delivery dates may be extended when shipping volume is high.
Your order may have multiple tracking numbers, ship in multiple packages, and possibly arrive separately so weβre able to deliver your order faster.

Why was my order canceled?Β
We'll send an email confirmation as soon as we receive your order. Once we start processing it, items may be canceled for reasons such as:
An item becomes unavailable
The payment method can't be processed
The shipping address can't be verified, or a PO Box was used
We do not ship to FPO, APO, or PO Boxes
